• ADS-B Data for Aviation Map: I collect public ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast) information from planes for the purpose of providing functionality to the LynixWolf Aviation Map. This data includes publicly available flight information such as aircraft location, altitude, speed, flight path, and relevant radio frequencies.
• Radio Frequency Data: As part of ADS-B data collection, I may track radio frequencies used by aircraft for communication, such as:
  • 1090 MHz: The primary frequency for Mode S transponders, used by most aircraft for ADS-B transmissions.

I use Cloudflare Zero Trust, Tunnels, DNS security, and Unifi network security by Ubiquiti Inc. to help safeguard your data. Unifi provides additional protection and monitoring of the network infrastructure, ensuring that unauthorized access is prevented. As this is a self-hosted site, I have full access to the entire network stack. Since the server is in New York, United States, data from other regions may be transferred there, and I ensure compliance with relevant privacy laws, though no online system is fully secure.
